Telephony / cabling technician
Tasks and Requirements
- Network cabling installation | Voice-Data
- Optical Fiber installation
- VoIP and hosted phone system installation
- Speaker and paging installation
Qualifications required
- General Knowledge of structured cabling installation standards
- Working on construction site experience
- Carry out Work at Height and Safety cards (an asset)
- Knowledge of Panasonic, Toshiba, Norstar and Grandstream products (an asset)
- Able to speak and write in English and French
- Valid driver's license required
Computer Technician
Job description
- Working exclusively with business customers (SMEs);
- Repair workstations, laptops and servers;
- Carry out the diagnosis and resolution of network and WIFI problems;
- Perform the preparation, installation and deployment of servers in the company.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of networking;
- In-depth knowledge of Windows environments 10 /Server 2012/2016/2019;
- Knowledge of virtual environments (VMWARE) and Exchange servers;
- Knowledge of Office Suite 365;
- Knowledge of computer security.
